Vacancy: Project Manager

We are looking for a stress-resistant, driven and analytical leader. Someone with a sense of responsibility who can plan, coordinate and communicate and collaborate well. You will interact with the client and team to bring the right people together for the project, have (and keep!) expectations clear while not losing sight of the project lead time and budget. In addition to achieving project goals, you also focus on strengthening client relationships.

Forza is a consulting company providing high quality services related to Oracle JD Edwards. With our team we support our (inter)national customers in the field of ERP implementation, application management, integrations and Managed Services and upgrades.

As a Project Manager, you will be managing various (client) projects. The project team you will work with consists of Developers, Functional and Technical Consultants, Key Users and Application Administrators. You will lead the project team and monitor the scope, timeline, budget and client expectations. You report the progress of the project to the client and the management of Forza Consulting. In doing so, you advise and inform the steering committee.

• You have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within ERP;
• You have at least college-level thinking;
• You are willing to travel to the various clients you work for;
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
• You have knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
• You are accurate, organized, stress-resistant and flexible;

• An attractive benefits package with a salary range between €4,500 - €6,000 gross per month;
• You get a mobility budget to spend on a leased car or have it paid out gross for more financial freedom;
• Added to this is 8% vacation pay and 8% pension;
