Job Opening: In-House IT Systems Engineer

As an ICT System Engineer, you ensure that our colleagues can rely on a secure and properly functioning IT environment every day. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of Forza IT Group. 

As an ICT System Engineer, you’ll ensure that our internal IT environment continues to function optimally. You’ll install new hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and assist colleagues with technical questions. 

In addition, you will participate in key IT projects and help further professionalize our organization in the areas of quality and information security. 

Your responsibilities will include, among other things: 

• Installing, configuring, and managing hardware and software. 

• Manage and support Microsoft 365. 

• Support for managing Microsoft Azure. 

• Troubleshooting and answering user questions. 

• Managing network components such as TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VPN connections. 

• Providing information and guidance to colleagues regarding new systems or applications. 

• Contribute to the processes and procedures related to our ISO certification, with a special focus on IT security. 

• Contribute to projects such as the implementation of our new Digital Workplace.

You’ll be working alongside two highly experienced colleagues, each with more than twenty years of experience in the field. This will give you ample opportunity to further develop your skills. 

You’re curious, eager to learn, and enjoy solving technical challenges. You take responsibility, work independently, and stay calm when juggling multiple tasks at once. 

In addition, you will have: 

• A completed Level 4 MBO program in the field of IT. 

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365. 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure. 

• Basic knowledge of networking, such as TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VPNs. 

• Willingness to work alternately from our offices in Soest and Utrecht. 

Work experience is not required. We value motivation, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude more highly.
